Universe Take the Wheel

Universe Take the Wheel

As a little girl my dad (really my step dad, the father of my heart) loved old cars. He had an old jalopy that he thought was just a wreck so he loved to take me into the fields and let me ‘drive’. I loved sitting on his lap and having the power to drive that old thing and take it where I wanted to go.

Driving for the unschooled is hard as it requires many different tasks at one time. In this driving lesson I really only had to focus on the steering. I thought I was driving but my mind was young and undeveloped so in truth I just had my hands on the wheel and my imagination led us through the field with turns here and there.

My dad was really driving the car. He was the intelligence behind the movement and I just had my hands on the steering wheel. Now I understand that it is the same way with life. The Universe is really driving the whole design and I think I’m doing it! Isn’t that cute. Once I realized that the Universe has everything covered and is really driving I can let go. I don’t need to solve every problem or mend every bump in the road. I don’t need to take things personally and I don’t need to fix anyone else. I can keep my hands on the wheel because I get to participate on some level. I get to go this way or that way but ultimately I know that I’m in good hands because there is an infinite intelligence that has a master plan.

In my darkest days, and we all have them, I have even learned to just let go of the wheel. When I have my faith strong enough I just let go and invite the Universe to take the wheel and I trust that I will go where I am supposed to go and to allow it to unfold in divine timing.

Universe take the wheel! Now that is an act of faith.

Trust me that behind that act all is well. You are sitting on the lap of the Great Infinite Intelligence and you are not really as in control as you believe and when you acknowledge it and learn to be present and trust that everything is truly working out for you then those dark days turn into light and wisdom and you will find that being non-resistant will open to you more fields of promise and potential.

Thanks dad for letting me drive and teaching me to do my little part in steering and thank you Universe for letting me play in the field of life and and teaching me to let go and let God.

Universe take the wheel and let’s have an adventure.

It’s all love folks.

Blessings,

Rainbow
