Prayer of Gratitude For All People

Dear Creator,

The source of all abundance, goodness, light, joy, everlasting life, and peace beyond the knowing of our human realm:

We come before thee and stand as children of the Universe. We break open our hearts and give into your palms the past, the future, the unhealed memories, the unspoken pain, the afflictions of life, and the sorrow of death. We give through this offering our unknown soldiers, and children, and losses that we can bear no more.

We give unto this source our lack, our unbelief, our troubled hearts and minds. We surrender to this field of love our unlovingness and flaws.

Oh Great Creator:

Take these our illusions and bind them with the will of truth. Let truth sustain us and be our daily bread. Let light guide us in our shadow moments. May we find the spirit of hope within us always.

We give thanks for the support in which you cradle our world, holding Mother Earth with a gentle certainty and purpose. We give gratitude for breathe and the way it comes to us even in our sleep. It is of great worth and given freely to all. May we breath in the sacred air of life. We are still here and call upon the spirit of abundance to be with us as we chart our courses and fulfill our blessed purposes.

We offer back to thee our songs of righteousness that we sing in silence, or in choirs, or with the mingling of voice and ear to support each other. We sing and hum and celebrate voice, silence, expression within and without. We supplicate on bended knee for it is a joy to ground with the earth element and speak fire from our hearts into the heavens. We wash away that stain which ancestors gave to us. We plant potential untapped into the next generation that they may grow up in the infinite field of possibilities.

We claim as heir to the throne our birthright to be who you designed us to be. We honor our own thumb prints and leave our mark on the earth family with a promise that it will be our finest effort, most honorable intention, and our truest self. We will discover that self that is our soul blueprint and build from it a place of rest. Shalom.

Great Spirit of the North join us and open our way. Great spirit of the South join us and bring us the lantern of discernment. Great Spirit of the West bring us closure on that which is ended. Great Spirit of the East inspire us with new beginnings.

In this gathering of spiritual oneness we send our gratitude in a united effort to bless each quadrant of the earth and to have this flow of divine energy return to us and gift us with the expansion to feel, see, think, believe, behave, receive, and enjoy more fully in our Higher Selves and then to send this blessing back again and again. Receiving and sending and creating one eternal round.

It is our love that is real. We thank thee for love. We thank thee for each other.

Let this surround each soul and seal this prayer in each of us today and always.
